Here are some of the more memorable things I did or accomplished that I can happily look back on and say 2016 was a great year.
- Passed my FAA Drone Part 107 Airman Knowledge Test.
- Spent 96 days away from home.
- Visited 3 new states (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts).
- Visited these places for the first time: Hilton Head, SC / Savannah, GA / Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, St, Augustine, Florida Keys to Bahia Honda State Park, FL / Chadd’s Ford, PA / Mystic, CT / Nantucket, MA / Newport, RI / Scottsdale, AZ / Sun Valley, ID.
- Took a trip to St. Barth’s & St. Maarten.
- Took a trip to Scottsdale, AZ / Park City, UT / Sun Valley, ID.
- Took a road trip to Nantucket Island.
- Took a road trip to Ponte Vedra Beach.
- Went to 1 new mountain resort (Sun Valley, ID).
- Took an amazing waterfall hike to White Oak Canyon / Cedar Run Trail.
- Hosted 48 times with Airbnb/VRBO/Homeaway for a total of 143 days.
- Saw Thievery Corporation, Richmond Folk Festival, St. Lucia, Citizen Cope, Beirut, Unknown Mortal Orchestra
- Went to 106 new restaurants/bars.
