I have been on a P90X kick again and hadn’t done an Insanity Fit Test in months so I decided to see where I stood. Here are the eight movements and my corresponding rep count:
- Switch Kicks: 120
- Power Jacks: 61
- Power Knees: 120
- Power Jumps: 60
- Globe Jumps: 13
- Suicide Jumps: 19
- Push-up Jacks: 36
- Low Plank Oblique: 68
After comparing these numbers to my last time doing the fit test I am very happy with where my fitness level is in relation to where I ended. Are you doing Insanity? What are your numbers?
I have recently acquired Insanity: The Asylum, but have yet to do any of the workouts. I will make a post when I do.
Doing something is always better than nothing. You’ve got to start somewhere. Find a program and do it.
