This is a list of Richmond Restaurants that opened, are coming soon or closed in 2017. If you hear of something that’s not listed leave it in the comments.
In 2011 I started the Day Zero Project and one of my items was to eat at 101 new restaurants in 1001 days. I easily accomplished that task and since then I have continued to log where I’ve been on a yearly basis.
Here are some of the more memorable things I did or accomplished that I can happily look back on and say 2016 was a great year.
Family vacations have been something I’ve been very fortunate to do since I was young. It’s rare to see families travel together once adulthood hits—many of us move to different cities, get married, have kids, and other priorities that occupy our “fun time,” but that’s what I feel makes my family special.
